Have a question about DockWorks 24/7?

Will this work on my boat?

Yes, DockWorks 24/7 Devices work with all vessels equipped with a 6-48 volt battery. Powerboats, Sailboats, PWCs and Commercial Crafts.

Can I use DockWorks 24/7 on my phone?

Yes, the DockWorks 24/7 app is available for iOS and Android. You can download the app for your iPhone or iPad from the App Store and download the app for Android devices from Google Play.

Does it use a lot of power?

No, the device operates at 30 mA (milliamps) maximum, 25mA on transmit and 5mA on standby.

What happens if my battery dies, will the device keep working?

The DockWorks 24/7 device has an internal, rechargeable 12-hour backup battery.

How far offshore can the device track a vessel?

The approximate cell tower range offshore is 20 miles. If out of range, all data is recorded and downloaded when back in range.

How do I activate the device?

Once the device is registered the activation process is automatic when the device is connected to the vessel’s power source.

Is there a warranty?

Yes, the DockWorks 24/7 device has a lifetime warranty on all activated devices.
